By purchasing from Olive Tree Photography the following applies:
All deposits are fully refundable providing no sessions are missed, rearranged or cancelled after 15.00 the day prior to the session. If sessions are cancelled, missed or rearranged after 15.00 the day prior to the start of the session then deposits will become non-refundable to cover the cost of the session. Any session fees are also subject to the same conditions.
All images and products are protected under copyright laws, and may not be reproduced or transmitted electronically without a specific licensing agreement provided by Olive Tree Photography. All images and digital files remain the exclusive property of Olive Tree Photography. Olive Tree Photography reserves the right to use any images created for display, promotion and advertising. Due to the bespoke nature of every image digital products such as CD's, USB and digital transfer are exempt from refund as protected by copyright law - should any images need retouching or any digital manipulation then please contact the studio. Any physical product such as print and wall art are also non refundable but will be subject to as many reprint as needed to meet customer satisfaction within all acceptable reason. These are classed as a bespoke product. You statutory rights are not effected.
